Download and Install the App
After the app is downloaded and installed successfully the user will get an error alert "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" unless the app is not trusted by the device.
Settings – Mark the app as trusted
To mark the app as trusted perform the following steps:
1) Tap on the General tab in the Settings
2) Tap the following tabs depending on the IOS version
- a) Profiles for iOS 9.1 and lower
- b) Profiles & Device Management for iOS 9.2+ & iOS 11+
- c) Device Management for iOS 10+
Device Management
In the Device Management section tap on the desired enterprise app.
Enterprise section
In the Enterprise section tap on the trust button.
Process Completed
To complete the process tap on the Trust button in the confirmation message box.
Trusted by Device
The app is now trusted by the device.
Close the settings section to go to the app drawer to open the app.
